COVID-19 & SUPPLY CHAIN IMPACTS

We are continuing to monitor the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) as well as ongoing global supply chain disruptions on European shipments..
At present, the impact should be relatively small, but please be aware that recovery from global supply chain disruptions is still ongoing and has had negative effects on both cost and speed of transit.

DELIVERY TIMES
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for transit. Expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for transit*.
Our warehouse requires one business day for order processing, so please take this into account when selecting a shipping method.
Orders to locations outside of the continental US may experience delays in shipping due to inbound customs. Standard Shipping for orders to these locations typically takes 7-15 business days for transit but can take longer.

Your order will ship together when the preorder item arrives at our distribution center.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note that most carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We generally advise against entering a PO Box for the delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Your shipping total only covers the costs associated with getting your package delivered to you. Beyond that, some countries impose an extra duty on incoming purchases as they cross the border.
