We make every effort to deliver Bungie quality merchandise accurately and timely, but on the rare occasion that you might not be satisfied with your order we’ll stand by any product for material or workmanship defects for an entire year after the shipping date.  So if an item is defective or was damaged in shipping or if anything else has caused you to be dissatisfied with your Bungie Store order, please contact us with your order number and the details of your concern and we will do everything we can to respond to you within 2 business days.


Digital items and physical items bundled with them are non-refundable. Other used and non-personalized items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please return the items in the original shipping container with original packing materials to:

Bungie Store offers emblems as a gift with purchase with any purchase* and some products may feature an exclusive emblem with purchase.

Such emblems will be automatically added to your cart at no additional charge.

Physical items which feature an exclusive digital in-game emblem as a gift with purchase are non-refundable. Products that are non-refundable due to it’s exclusive in-game emblem will state “Please Note: Digital items and physical items bundled with them are non-refundable.”

Emblem codes will be emailed shortly after completing your purchase. The email will contain instructions on how to redeem the emblem code.
